New Patients

Upon contacting the Anti-Aging Centre, either as a walk-in or by telephone, the first person you meet will be our receptionist, Shlonda. If your inquiry is about becoming a new patient, Shlonda will transfer you to XXXXX to further discuss the program.

The following will be discussed:

• How to handle insurance claims
• Frequency of visits
• Blood draw - time schedule
• Saliva kit and purpose
• Cost of procedures and office calls
• What you can expect from your visits with Dr. Troxell

You will be encouraged to ask questions that might help you better understand Dr. Troxell's program.
